Week 6
DAY 1 – SUNDAY
SIMOLEONS - $2,023
ACROBAT LEVEL – 6
Jonathon was waiting
to greet Vivian when she arrived home
Stephen fitted in
well away from the hustle and bustle of the university dorm
And say hello to
Kylee the graduation gnome that came home with Vivian!
Vivian heads off to
the park to earn some tips.
Wylie arrives to
watch and after earning $118 in tips Vivian packs up for the day.
She
rushes to greet Wylie and they spend some time catching up.
But their reunion is rudely
interrupted by the rain so they head back to Vivian’s
With so much to catch
up on Wylie ends up staying the night.
DAY 2 – MONDAY
Wylie managed to
break the sink while Vivian cooked breakfast.
To try and stop
Vivian from being angry about the sink Wylie danced for her.
Wylie: Look babe, moonwalk!
Vivian: If you think that’s getting you off the hook
Mr Luck you are sadly mistaken!
Wylie: Movin’ like Jagger here
babes, see me wiggle!
Vivian: *giggles* you never fail
to make me laugh you silly fairy! How
can I ever stay mad at you?
Wylie: It’s my immense wit and
charm my dear!
Vivian: Oh my word! What did you do to this thing!!
Other than Twiglet
the gnomes did not seem to be warming to Kylee
With the sink finally
mended there was the matter of the water all over the floor
Vivian: Wylie?
You want to give me a hand to clean this up?
Wylie: I’d just get in your way Hun. You go ahead; you know you always do a better
job of it than I do.
Vivian: *grumble* lazy, squat
winged, good for nothing…
Wylie: You want a coffee babe?
Vivian: No.
Wylie: You okay?
Vivian: Fine.
Vivian: See these babies? Arms of steel!
Wylie: Okay…
Vivian: just so you know, babe.
Wylie heads off for a
nap
Leaving Vivian to
cope with a broken toilet
Vivian works out to
relieve her stress and soon feels much calmer.
As she did so well at
university I treated her to an easel.
When Wylie awoke from
his nap he apologised for being so lazy
And even offered to
wash her back ;)
After tea Vivian
tries out her new easel
Whilst Wylie clears
away the dishes.
Vivian: you break it again and
you can fix it!
Wylie: *whispers to sink* please
don’t break, please don’t break!
DAY 3 – TUESDAY
I think Kylee is trying
to tell them something!
Oh dear, Twiglet
doesn’t look so well L
Wylie has places to
be and heads off.
Vivian decides to
visit the Simfest at the festival grounds and asks to join
I think she is a bit
out of practice!!
Vivian: HOT! OWW! HOT!
When Vivian nips home
to freshen up for her gig she finds this little guy – baby gnome Shamika!
Vivian has a successful
gig at the coffee house although still unable to afford new stage props.
The gnomes were
concerned as Twiglet was still unwell.
DAY 4 – WEDNESDAY
Vivian was up early
and headed to the festival grounds to audition for a gig. She succeeds with a gig on Thursday at 7:30pm.
With some time to
kill before the city’s other proprietors were accepting auditions, Vivian
decided to enjoy the festival.
She was very disappointed
with the ‘Decent Company’ score she received from the love test machine!
It’s time to go
audition some more. First Mick’s Master
Karaoke, she gets the Friday 7:00pm spot.
She then heads over
to Rodeo-a-go-go and is booked for Saturday at 7:00pm
Her last stop is MN8
where she manages to get booked again Sunday at 5:00pm.
Vivian arranges a bachelorette
party so get the house cleaned up ready.
Hooray! Twiglet is feeling better!
The guests arrive at
the party kicks off straight away.
Vivian
decides to make a speech but is soon distracted by the dancer that has turned
up.
Vivian earned enough
points to get the Legendary Host and Profession Simoleon Booster lifetime
rewards.
The dancer stayed
behind and was very taken with Lanya.
Vivian left her
friends to it and headed off to bed.
DAY 5 – THURSDAY – LOVE DAY
The party was still
going strong until Stephan appeared in the living room at which point everyone
suddenly had somewhere else to be!
Vivian spends the
morning cleaning up the aftermath of her party.
She then arranges the
wedding party. Not trusting the weather
she decides to hold it in the Art Centers function room.
But
there was someone missing from the wedding.
Wylie was a no show
and wasn’t answering her calls.
With a gig to go to
Vivian headed off to the festival grounds.
It was really not
Vivian’s day as all her props were stolen (by the evil glitch fairy) and after
paying for the wedding party she had no money left to replace them. She hoped she could win the crowd over with
her skill.
But that didn’t
work. The show ended over an hour early
with a very bad review.
Vivian stopped by at
the Arts Center on her way home in the hope that Wylie had just been held
up. But he wasn’t there waiting and he
still hadn’t called.
Vivian sobbed as she
pulled up the sheets. Wylie’s side of
the bed still unmade since his last visit.
There was still the faint smell of his cologne and a faint shimmer of
fairy dust from his wings.
She curled herself
into a tight ball at the end of the bed unable to sleep and feeling as though
her heart had been ripped from her chest.
She had been sure that Wylie was her soul mate so where was he? How could he do this to her?
DAY 6 – FRIDAY
Vivian’s stage props
had still not been found and the police doubted she would ever get them back.
She spent the morning
trying to take her mind of Wylie but with little success. Why had he still not called? Was that final unknown trait commitment issues? She put down the paper and shook her
head. This was not helping; she needed
to concentrate on her work, to keep active.
Moping around was not solving anything and with bills due she needed to
get some money coming in.
As luck would have it
she had a call from her agent asking if she could perform for the sick kids at
the hospital. It was just the job Vivian
needed to get her moving and out the house.
It also gained her celebrity level 1!
With only a few hours
left before her next gig, Vivian headed straight over to the Karaoke bar. She played video games with Madaline for a
while and even began to enjoy herself a little.
The gig was going
well until she saw a familiar face in the crowd.
She stumbled and
watched as the man sneered and even threw flowers at the stage as she struggled
to regain her balance.
Vivian took a deep
breath and ignored him. She managed to
finish the show with no further incident.
She also earned a promotion!
Vivian is now level 7 acrobat – Master of Balance and earns $1,350 per
week.
After her show Vivian
headed over to the man she had seen, Wylie’s older brother Chad. They had never officially met but Wylie had
pointed him out on one of their dates.
Vivian: Chad? What are you doing
here? Where’s Wylie?
Chad: Just thought I’d come and
she what my little brother keeps drivelling on about. Don’t look like much to me. Not surprised he stood you up, obviously came
to his senses.
Vivian: But why would he just
leave me like that? No call, no text,
nothing! What are you not telling me?
Chad: You bore me little
girl. My family is not your concern so
keep away and if Wylie knows what’s good for him he’ll stay well away from you.
Vivian: What have you done to
him?
But Chad didn’t
answer. He just yawned and walked away
leaving Vivian feeling puzzled.
As Vivian drifts off
to sleep she can’t help wondering if Chad had something to do with this
mess. She didn’t trust him one little bit
but still, unless Wylie contacted her she would never know what was going
through his head or his heart.
DAY 7 – SATURDAY
Vivian had collected
quite a few seeds over the past few weeks so decided to plant them and reached
gardening level 2.
The gnomes were there
to supervise the operation.
She spent the rest of
the day at her easel
She managed to finish
her painting before she had to head off for her gig and reached painting level
6.
Vivian performed a
faultless show despite her unusual audience.
But the zombies
seemed to enjoy it!
But once the show
ended they were back to their normal zombie selves.
Vivian headed home to
bed; with no word from Wylie she wasn’t sure whether to be angry or worried. No one had seen him since Wednesday and the
conversation with Chad had made her wonder if there was something more sinister
afoot.
